Joan Walker is an outstanding agent. She listed my condo on St. Pete Beach in November, 2014. We successfully closed on January 14, 2015. In order to do this, she worked diligently with the renter, a single lady (I understand that she did not drive) who had been in my condo approximately ten years and did not want to move. Joan patiently worked to find her a suitable place to rent, helped her move and even helped decorate her new apartment.
She cleaned, oversaw some minor repairs, and went above and beyond my expectations. Being past 80 years of age and a widow, her actions was a great help to me. She is not afraid of work. I recommend her highly.

My wife and I listed our house and adjoining lot with Brenda Ercius and Joan Walker of Hurley Realty in 2015. At first we attempted to sell the house and lot as a package; but were persuaded by our agents to sell the house and lot separately. Per their suggestion the house was sold first in 2015 and the lot was sold in 2016. These two agents worked tirelessly to overcome some significant obstacles to accomplish the sales of the house and the lot. They never gave up in spite of the significant problems. They had to deal with an initial nonsense offer on the house. On the lot they had to assist us in obtaining a consent from the adjoining neighbors’ for a dock installation as well as the Pinellas Utilities for permission to move a water meter from the lot to the next door neighbor’s lot.
In spite of all these, as well as other problems, their persistence resulted in the sale of the house and the lot. Needless to say, both I and my wife are very appreciative of their efforts in our behalf and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
